By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed below.

Consent Form
Please fill out the consent form before your appointment to allow us to start on time, and cover all bases before service!
Booking Fees
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount is applied to your service amount, and the rest will be paid at the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited for late cancellations or no call/no shows. If you need to reschedule, deposits may be transferred to a new appointment when rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
Grace Period
Clients have a 10-minute grace period after the scheduled time.
First Late Incident: Your appointment can be rescheduled, and your deposit can be transferred to the new appointment.
Second Late Incident: After the first late rescheduling, late arrivals will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
