Consent Form
Please fill out the consent form before your appointment to allow us to start on time, and cover all bases before service!
Policies & Procedures
1. Deposits are required to book appointments and are applied to the total of your service.
2. All cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. Same day appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
3. Clients have a 10-minute grace period. Not arriving within this time may result in cancellations if continuing would interfere with other clients' services. This policy is in place to respect everyone's time and schedule. If the service cannot be continued, the appointment will be cancelled and result in deposit forfeit.
4. Deposits are automatically forfeited in cases of no call/no show and late cancellations.
